Ingredients:
- Courgette: 1
- Green Cabbage: 1/2
- Tomatoes: 2-3
- Carrot: 1-2
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper pwd: to taste
- Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp (optional)
- Olive oil : 1 tbsp
- Butter: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Heat oil in pan. Saute all the vegetables and cook on low flame for 15 mins.
- Grind the vegetables, if needed add a little water.
- Add salt, black pepper pwd, lemon juice and stir well.
- Add butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
