Ingredients:
- Boiled Kala Chana: 1 cup
- Grated carrot: 1
- Semolina: 2-3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwed: to taste
- Green chilli: 1 (chopped)
- Oil: 2 -3 tbsp
Method:
- Grind kala chana and carrot together.
- Add salt, red chilli pwd, green chilli, semolina and mix well.
- Heat tawa/ non-stick pan.
- Take a spoon of mixture on your hand. Make a round ball and put it on tawa.
- Grease it lightly on top. When it turns golden brown. Flip it and cook till done.
- Serve hot as :
- Chaat - sprinkle yogurt, garam masala, tamarind chutney, boiled chick peas and coriander leaves.
