Spinach and Broccoli Soup



Ingredients:
  • Potato: 2 (peeled and chopped)
  • Spinach: 1 cup (chopped)
  • Broccoli: 1 (cut in florets)
  • Onion: 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic: 1 pod (chopped)
  • Carrot: 1 (peeled and chopped) (optional)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper pwd: to taste
  • Cumin pwd: 1-2 tsp
  • Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Method: 
  1. Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and onion.Cook for few mins.
  2. Add carrot,salt, potato, spinach and broccoli. Cook till all vegetables become tender.
  3. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  4. Blend it to form a smooth puree. Add water, if needed.
  5. Add black pepper pwd and cumin pwd.
  6. Serve hot.
