Ingredients:
- Parwal: 12-15 pieces
- Potatoes: 2 (medium size)
- Onion:1
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Amchoor/ Mango pwd: 1/2-1 tsp
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Method:
- Peel onions.
- Wash parwal, potatoes and onion.
- Cut parwal, onion and potatoes in thin long strips.
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. let them splutter.
- Add onion. Cook till it turns translucent.
- Add potatoes, parwal, salt, turmeric pwd and red chilli pwd.
- Cover and Cook on low flame for 7-10 mins till potatoes and parwal are done.
- Sprinkle amchoor and mix well.
- Ready to serve with chapati, rice or daal.
