Ingredients:
- Coarse Semolina: 1/2 cup
- Desi Ghee: 2 tbsp
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Milk: 1 cup
- Caramom pwd: 1 tsp
- Cinnamom pwd: 1tsp (optional)
- Dryfruit:
- Almonds (chopped)
- Cashews (chopped)
- Raisins
- Heat ghee in pan.
- Add semolina and cook it on low flame till it turns light brown. Keep it aside.
- In another pan, boil milk.
- Add cardamom pwd, cinnamon pwd and sugar. Stir to mix all the ingredients in milk.
- Take a boil.
- Lower the flame and add semolina to the milk. Keep stirring continuously.
- Cook until the mixture thickens a bit.
- Garnish with dry fruit and serve hot.
