South Indian style Parwal subzi
Ingredients:
Parwal/ Pointed Gourd : 15-20 pieces (washed and chopped)
Oil: 1-2 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Chana daal: 1 tbsp
Onion: 1(chopped)
Salt: to taste
Green chilli: 1 (chopped)
Curry leaves: a few
Sambar pwd: 1-2 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
Heat oil in pan.
Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add curry leaves and green chilli. Cook for a min.
