Ingredients:
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaf - 1 sprig
- Hing- 1 tsp
- Ginger - 3-4 inches (chopped)
- Green chilli- 1-2
- Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Tomato - 2-4
- Tamarind - a small ball (deseeded) (Don't miss it)
- Jaggery/ sugar - 1 tbsp (Don't miss it)
- Water - as per need
- Red chilli - 1 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add the ingredients.
- Cook for few minutes.
- Grind all the ingredients.
- Ready to eat.
