Poori



Ingredients:

  • Whole Meal Flour/ Wheat Flour: 1 cup
  • Oil: for frying

Method:
  1. Knead dough by mixing flour with just enough water (~1/4- 1/2  cup) . Dough should not be soft. (Dough should be a bit hard)
  2. Heat oil in kadai/ Deep frying pan.
  3. Take little dough and make small ball.  
  4. Roll it to with rolling pin to form a small chapati  with the help of oil. (Don't dust it with flour)
  5. Put it the kadai and fry till it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any chole or Aloo subzi.
