Ingredients:
- Onions: 4-5 (Peeled and chopped)
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: to taste
- Amchoor (Dry Mango Pwd): 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1-2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onions, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd and amchoor.
- Cook on low flame for 5-7 mins. No need to cover it.
- Turn off the gas.
- Serve with chapati/ parantha and daal.
