Pyaz ki Subzi



Ingredients:
  • Onions: 4-5 (Peeled and chopped)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Red chilli pwd: to taste
  • Turmeric pwd: to taste
  • Amchoor (Dry Mango Pwd): 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1-2 tsp

Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add onions, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd and amchoor. 
  3. Cook on low flame for 5-7 mins. No need to cover it.
  4. Turn off the gas.
  5. Serve with chapatiparantha and daal.
