Raspberry Smoothie


Health Benefits:

Raspberries  contains phytonutrients that increase the metabolism of fat cells in our body. They also contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phyotnutrients that make it a great anti-cancer food. They also help to regulate blood sugar. Raspberries contain Vitamin C, K, E and manganese.

Ingredients:

  • Raspberry: 1 cup
  • Banana: 1
  • Water: 1 cup


Method:

  • Blend the above ingredients and serve.
