Ingredients:
- Daal moong sabut: 1 cup
- Moth beans: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Pomegranate seeds
- Cucumber : 1/2(chopped)
- Boiled Potato: 1 (chopped)
- Sev
Method:
- Wash moth beans and moong sabut daal and soak overnight in ample water.
- Next day, drain water and put both the daals in bowl/ strainer for 24 hours. You will see sprouts coming out the next day. (see pic below)
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add both the daals, salt, red chilli pwd. Cook on low flame for 4-5 mins.
- Add onion, pomegranate seeds, boiled potato, cucumber, lemon juice and sev.
- Ready to serve.
