Ingredients:
- Murmura/ Puffed Rice: 1 bowl
- Cornflakes: 1 bowl
- Daria daal/ Roasted chana daal : 1 bowl
- Nuts: Almonds, Raisins, Walnuts, Roasted Peanuts
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 1 -2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves : a few
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add murmurs/ puffed rice and salt. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Turn off the flame.
- Add cornflakes, daria daal and nuts.
- Mix well. Ready to serve.
- Store in air tight container.
PS:
If you don't want to use oil (curry leaves and mustard seeds), simply dry roast murmura/ puffed rice.
