Ingredients:
- Semolina: 1 cup
- Desi Ghee: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Saffron strands: 2-3 (soaked in 2 tbsp milk for 2 hours)
- Dryfruit: For garnish
- Almonds (chopped)
- Cashews (chopped)
- Heat ghee in pan.
- Add semolina and cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
- Add sugar and saffron( soaked in milk). Mix well.
- Add water (~ 4 cups) and cook for another 3-4 mins.
- Garnish with dry fruit and serve hot.
