Besan Ka Halwa



Ingredients:
  • Besan/ Gram Flour: 1 cup
  • Desi Ghee: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Almonds (Chopped)
Method:
  1. Heat ghee in pan.
  2. Add besan and cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
  3. Add sugar. Mix well.
  4. Add boiled water (~ 4 cups) and cook for another 3-4 mins. Keep stirring till it gives smooth consistency.
  5. Garnish with chopped almonds.
  6. Serve hot.
