Ingredients:
- Besan/ Gram Flour: 1 cup
- Desi Ghee: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Almonds (Chopped)
- Heat ghee in pan.
- Add besan and cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
- Add sugar. Mix well.
- Add boiled water (~ 4 cups) and cook for another 3-4 mins. Keep stirring till it gives smooth consistency.
- Garnish with chopped almonds.
- Serve hot.
