Ingredients:
- Whole Meal Flour/ Wheat Flour: 1 cup
- Spinach Leaves: 1 cup
- Oil: for frying
- Salt: to taste
- Ajwain/ Carom seeds: 1 tsp
Method:
- Spinach Puree:
- Wash spinach and boil spinach with salt for 10-15 mins.
- Let it cool and blend to form spinach puree.
- Knead dough by mixing flour, carom seeds and spinach puree. Dough should not be soft. (Dough should be a bit hard) (If needed, add a little water)
- Heat oil in kadai/ Deep frying pan.
- Take little dough and make small ball.
- Roll it to with rolling pin to form a small chapati with the help of oil. (Don't dust it with flour)
- Put it the kadai and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with any chole or Aloo subzi.
