Strawberry yogurt
Yogurts are rich in calcium. Sometimes, kids don't like to eat plain curd. A little twist can make kids happy. I tried making strawberry yogurt at home and my kids loved it...
Ingredients:
Strawberries: 5-6
Yogurt: 1 cup
Sugar: 3-4 tbsps
Method:
In a blender, add strawberries and sugar. Grind to form a puree.
