Ingredients:
- Ghiya/ Dudhi/ Bottle Gourd: 1 (peeled and chopped)
- Potato: 1 (peeled and chopped)
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Garlic: 1 pod (chopped)
- Tomato: 2- 3 (chopped)
- Carrot: 1 (peeled and chopped)
- Salt: to taste
- Ginger: a small piece (chopped)
- Black Pepper pwd: to taste
- Cumin pwd: 1-2 tsp
- Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add garlic, ginger and onion.Cook for few mins.
- Add carrot, salt, potato, tomato and ghiya. Cook till all vegetables become tender.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool.
- Blend it to form a smooth puree. Add water, if needed.
- Add black pepper pwd and cumin pwd.
- Serve hot with garlic bread.
