Happy New Year 2014
Ingredients:
- Semolina/ Sooji: 3/4 cup
- Besan: 1/4 cup
- Desi Ghee: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- For garnish:
- Almonds (chopped)
- Cashews (chopped)
- Raisins
- Heat ghee in pan.
- Add semolina and besan. Cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
- Add sugar.
- Add water (~ 4 cups) and cook for another 3-4 mins.
- Garnish with dry fruit and serve hot.
