Honeydew Melon and Prune smoothie


Health Benefits: 

Prunes are good for fibre, iron, potassium and Vitamin B6.


Melons are low in calorie and have no fat. They contain Vitamin C,A and potassium.

Apples are rich  in antioxidants. As they are good source of fibre, they aid digestion. Apples help in reducing the risk of prostate, lung and colon cancer. They also help in lowering the cholesterol.


Ingredients:


  • Musk Melon/ Honeydew Melon: 1 cup (chopped)
  • Apple: 1 (peeled and chopped )
  • Prunes: 5-6

Method:

  • Blend all the above ingredients and serve.
