Ingredients:
- Seviyan : 1 cup
- Water: 2.5 cups
- Sugar : to taste (~3/4 cup )
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Green Cardamom pwd: 1 tsp
- Kewra water: 2 tbsp
- Dry fruits
- Heat oil in pan. Roast seviyan for 2-3 mins on low flame so that they get coated with oil. ( in order to protect them from sticking together).
- Add boiled water and cook until done.
- Add sugar, Kewra water, Illaichi, dry fruits. Mix well.
- Turn off flame.
- They will be bit liquidy.
