Meethi Seviyan without milk




Ingredients:
  • Seviyan : 1 cup
  • Water: 2.5 cups
  • Sugar : to taste (~3/4 cup )
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Green Cardamom pwd: 1 tsp
  • Kewra water: 2 tbsp
  • Dry fruits
Method:
  • Heat oil in pan. Roast seviyan for 2-3 mins on low flame so  that they get coated with oil. ( in order to protect them from sticking together).



  •  Add boiled water and cook until done. 
  • Add sugar, Kewra water, Illaichi, dry fruits. Mix well.
  • Turn off flame.
  • They will be bit liquidy.
