Ingredients:
- Onion: 1/2 (chopped finely)
- Tomato: 1/2 (chopped finely)
- Cucumber: 1/4 (chopped finely)
- Beaten Curd: 1 cup
- Salt: to taste
- For Tempering:
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Green chilli: 1
- Curry leaves: a few
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, add curd.
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber and salt.
- Tempering:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add green chilli, curry leaves and red chilli pwd.
- Cook for a min. Turn off the flame.
- Add this tempering in the curd.
- Ready to serve with chapati/ parantha and vegetable.
