It contains a phytonutrient called 'Lycopene' that is very good for our heart and bone health. The juicy red part at the center of the watermelon is the most nutrient-rich area than the light- colored part near the peel.
Apple- one of the superfoods that contains antioxidants, esp Vitamin C for healthy gums and skin.It contains pectin that keeps our digestive system healthy. Also, it helps to regulate blood sugar.

- Watermelon pieces: 1 cup
- Apple: 1 (peeled )
- Banana: 1
