Spinach Uttapam



Ingredients:
  • Dosa batter: 1 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil: 2-3 tbsp
  • Onions: 2 (chopped)
  • Spinach leaves: 1/2 cup (chopped)

Method:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil.
  2. Heat non-stick tawa/ pan.
  3. Slightly oil the pan.
  4. Take a ladle full of batter and spread the batter to form a chapati.
  5. Let it cook for few minutes.
  6. Flip it when done and cook the other side for few secs.
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney and sambhar
