Coconut Chutney


Ingredients:
  • Coconut: 1/2 (Peeled and chopped)
  • Ginger: a small piece
  • Green chilli: 1 (optional)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Method:
  1. Grind coconut, ginger, salt, green chilli. Add a little water if needed while grinding.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.Let them splutter.
  3. Mix it with coconut paste/ chutney.
  4. Ready to serve.
