Ingredients:
- Coconut: 1/2 (Peeled and chopped)
- Ginger: a small piece
- Green chilli: 1 (optional)
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Grind coconut, ginger, salt, green chilli. Add a little water if needed while grinding.
- Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.Let them splutter.
- Mix it with coconut paste/ chutney.
- Ready to serve.
