Mango Icecream



Ingredients:
  • Mango Pulp:  850 ml (from fresh mangoes or canned pulp)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 200- 250 ml 
  • Whipping Cream: 225ml - 230 ml  (You can take fresh cream and whip for few mins to make it a bit thick)
  • Fresh Mango Pieces (cubed) (optional)
Method:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients and mix them gently with whisk. 
  2. Freeze them for 2 hours and add mango cubes in it. Mix gently.
  3. Again put in freezer for atleast 5 hours before serving.
  4. Serve chilled.
