Ingredients:
- Mushrooms: 1 cup (washed and chopped into halves)
- Onions: 2-3(chopped)
- Tomato: 1(chopped)
- Ginger: a medium size piece (chopped)
- Peas : 1/2 cup
- Oil: 2-3 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Cumin seeds: 2 tsp
- Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onions and ginger. Cook on low flame till onions turn translucent.
- Add mushrooms, tomato, peas, salt, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd. Don't add any extra water for cooking.
- Cook on low flame till done (~10-15 mins).
- Ready to serve with chapati, parantha, bread or nan.
