Fruit Cream


Fruits are full of vitamins and minerals. Eating fruits everyday keeps our body fit and healthy. Fruits provide antioxidants that prevent certain cancers.

Ingredients: (Prefer fruits that are sweet in taste)

  • Banana: 1
  • Pomegranate seeds: 1/2 cup
  • Apple: 1
  • Pineapple : 1/2
  • Grapes: 1/2 cup
  • Mango: 1
  • Strawberry: 7-8
  • Musk Melon/ Sweet Melon : 1/2
  • Sugar: as per taste
  • Cream (Whipped): 100 gms
Method:
  1. Put sugar in cream and whip the cream.
  2. Peel and chop all the fruits into small pieces.
  3. Add them to the cream and mix well.
  4. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Serve cold.
