Ingredients:
- Rice: 1cup
- Curd: 1 cup
- Mustard Seeds: 1-2 tsp
- Curry Leaves: a few
- Chana Daal/ Moon Dhuli daal: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper pwd: to taste
- Green Chilli: 1 (chopped)
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash rice properly and soak it in water (2 cups) for 10-15 mins.
- Boil the rice and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add curry leaves, green chilli, daal . Cook for few mins and add rice.
- Add salt, black pepper pwd and curd . Mix well.
- Ready to serve.
