Choori

A very healthy option for kids!!!




Ingredients:

  • Plain Parantha (Click on it to see recipe for parantha)
  • Ghee:  7-8 tbsp
  • Sugar: 5-6 tbsp
Method:
  1. Crush parantha with hands (or rolling pin) on rolling board.
  2. Sprinkle 3 tbsp of sugar.
  3. Put 3-4 tbsp of ghee.
  4. Mix well and Serve.
