Ingredients:
- Kala Chana/ Black Chick peas/ Bengal Gram (Boiled): 1-2 cups
- Dessicated coconut: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Curry leaves: a few
- Green chilli: 1 (chopped)
- Oil: 1tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add curry leaves, salt, green chilli, chickpeas and coconut.
- Cook for 1-2 mins on low flame.
- Turn off the gas and Serve.
