Mint Leaves eliminate toxins from our body. Mint helps to cure stomach problems such as indigestion, heartburn. Also, mint is rich in Vitamin A and C.
Cucumber: has antioxidant and anti- inflammatory properties. It is rich in Vitamin K
Yogurt: boosts immune system. Probiotic yogurt tends to lower cholesterol. Yogurts being calcium rich, also boosts the burning of fats after meals.
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves: 1/4 cup
- Cucumber: 1/2
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Roasted cumin pwd: 1 tsp
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
Method:
- Wash and Grind mint leaves with a very little water to form puree.
- Wash and grate cucumber.
- Beat yogurt well.
- Add grated cucumber, mint puree, salt, roasted cumin pwd and red chilli pwd.
- Mix well.
- Ready to serve with parantha/ chapati and any vegetable.
