Ingredients:
- Potato: 3-4 (Peeled and chopped)
- Carrots: 2-3 (Peeled and chopped)
- Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Sookhi Methi) (Washed)
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: to taste
- Oil: 3-4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1-2 tsp
Method:- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add potatoes, carrots, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd. Cook on low flame till done. 
- Turn off the gas.
- Sprinkle fenugreek leaves and mix properly.
