Ingredients:
- Ginger : 1 piece
- Salt : to taste
- Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Peel and wash ginger.
- Cut ginger in thin long slices. Spread them on a piece of cloth for drying.
- Add salt and lemon juice.
- You can refrigerate it and its shelf life is 7-10 days.
