Ginger pickle (Adrak ka achar)


Ingredients:
  • Ginger : 1 piece
  • Salt : to taste
  • Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp

Method:
  1. Peel and wash ginger.
  2. Cut ginger in thin long slices. Spread them on a piece of cloth for drying.
  3. Add salt and lemon juice.
  4. You can refrigerate it and its shelf life is 7-10 days.
