Ingredients:
- Raw banana: 1
- Carrots: 2
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Beans : 10-15
- Drumstick: 1
- Coconut: 1/2 (Peel the brown part)
- Green chillies: 2-4 (or as per taste)
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
- Curd: 1 cup (beaten properly)
- Curry Leaves: a few
- Oil: 1 tsp
Method:
- Paste:
- Grind coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds with a little water and make a fine paste.
- Mix curd and keep it aside.
- Peel and chop all the vegetables in equal size.
- Boil all the Vegetables with salt and turmeric pwd . Make sure the vegetables are not over cooked.
- Mix the paste with the boiled vegetables. Cook for 5-6 mins on low flame so that the water evaporates.
- Heat oil in pan. Put curry leaves and cook for 1 min. Add these curry leaves to the boiled vegetables.
- Mix well.
- Serve with boiled rice.
