Ingredients:
- Potato: 3-4 (medium size) (chopped)
- Green Beans (chopped)
- Cauliflower: 3-4 florets
- Carrot: 1(chopped)
- Boiled Peas: 1/2 cup
- Onions: 2 (chopped)
- Tomato: 3-4(chopped)
- Ginger Garlic paste: 1Tbsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped)
- Coriander pwd: 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Fennel pwd: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1-2 tsp
- Pav/Buns
- Pav Bhaji pwd: 1-2 tsp
- Butter
Method:
- Pressure cook potato, green beans, carrot and cauliflower with a little water, salt and turmeric pwd. Take 2 whistles and cook on sim gas for 5 mins.
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for few mins.
- Add onions and cook till translucent. Add tomatoes. Cook till done.
- Add peas, red chilli pwd, pav bhaji masala, coriander pwd and fennel pwd.
- Add pressure cooked vegetables in it. Mash vegetables with potato masher.
- Add lemon juice. Garnish bhaji with coriander leaves, chopped onion and lotzzz of butter :)
- Serve bhaji with lightly toasted buns/ pav.
