- Potatoes: 1-2 (chopped)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Pepper/ Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
- Onion: 1-2(chopped)
- Sweet corn: 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Coriander pwd: 1 tsp
- Fennel pwd: 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add all the above vegetables, salt, red chilli pwd, coriander pwd and fennel pwd.
- Cook till done.
- Ready to serve with chapati, nan or parantha.
