Ingredients:
- Tofu
- Onion: 1 (chopped in thin long strips)
- Ginger : a small piece (chopped finely)
- Courgette : 2 (chopped)
- Carrot: 1 (chopped)
- Cauliflower: 2-3 florets
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper pwd: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 -1 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
(You can add vegetables of your choice)
- Take out excess water by patting tofu and cut it in small cubes.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Stir fry tofu for 4-5 mins.
- Then add onion and ginger. Stir fry for few mins.
- Add rest of vegetables, salt and turmeric pwd.
- Cook for another 5-10 mins (cover with lid)
- Before serving add black pepper pwd.
- Serve with cooked noodles, cooked rice or bread.
