Tofu Stir Fry



Ingredients:
  • Tofu 
  • Onion: 1 (chopped in thin long strips)
  • Ginger : a small piece (chopped finely)
  • Courgette : 2 (chopped)
  • Carrot: 1 (chopped) 
  • Cauliflower: 2-3 florets
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper pwd: to taste
  • Turmeric pwd: 1/2 -1 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
(You can add vegetables of your choice)

Method:
  1. Take out excess water by patting tofu and cut it in small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Stir fry tofu for 4-5 mins.
  4. Then add onion and ginger. Stir fry for few mins.
  5. Add rest of vegetables, salt and turmeric pwd.
  6. Cook for another 5-10 mins (cover with lid)
  7. Before serving add black pepper pwd.
  8. Serve with cooked noodles, cooked rice or bread.
