Chick Peas Sundal



Ingredients:
  • Kabuli chana/ Chick  Peas (Boiled):  1-2 cups
  • Dessicated coconut: 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves: a few
  • Green chilli: 1 (chopped)
  • Oil:  1tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add curry leaves, salt, green chilli, chickpeas and coconut.
  3. Cook for 1-2 mins on low flame.
  4. Turn off the gas and Serve.
