Ingredients:
- Tomatoes: 4-5 ( chopped)
- raisins: 8-10 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- onion: 1 (chopped)
- Ginger: a small piece ( grated)
- Black pepper pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 1/2 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add ginger and onion. Cook for few mins.
- Add tomatoes, raisins, salt, sugar and black pepper pwd.
- Cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are mushy and doesn't taste raw. ( ~ 10-15 mins)
- Ready to serve.
