Seviyan ki Kheer



Ingredients:
  • Seviyan : 1/2 cup
  • Whole Milk: 1-2 glass
  • Sugar : to taste (~1/2 cup )
  • Green Cardamom pwd: 1 tsp
Method:
  1. Boil milk in pan. 
  2. Add sugar, cardamom pwd and seviyan.
  3. Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.
  4. Ready to serve hot or cold.
