Tortilla wraps



Ingredients:
  • Stuffing Style 1:
    • Indian cheese (Paneer): 80 gms (chopped)
    • Peas: 1/2 cup
    • Onion:1 (chopped)
    • Tomato :2 (chopped or pureed)
    • Red chilli pwd: to taste
    • Salt: to taste
    • Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
    • Cumin seeds: 1 tsp 
    • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Stuffing Style 2:
    • Indian cheese (Paneer): 80 gms (chopped)
    • Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
    • Onion:1 (chopped)
    • Courgette: 1 (chopped)
    • Spinach leaves: a handful (washed)
    • Boiled chick peas: 1 cup
    • Red chilli pwd: to taste
    • Salt: to taste
    • Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
    • Mustard seeds: 1 tsp 
    • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Tortillas : as neeeded (6-8 )
  • Butter
  • Tomato Ketchup
Method: 
  1. For Stuffing:
    • Style 1:
      • Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
      • Add onion. Cook till translucent.
      • Add tomatoes. Cook till done.
      • Add peas, paneer, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd.
      • Cook till done (~ 10 mins).
    • Style 2:
      • Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
      • Add onion. Cook till translucent.
      • Add capsicum. Cook for 1-2 mins.
      • Add courgette, spinach leaves, paneer, chick peas, salt, turmeric pwd and red chilli pwd.
      • Cover and Cook till vegetables are tender.
      • Add 1-2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  2. Take a tortilla. Heat both the sides either on non-stick pan or in microwave.
  3. Apply butter on one side. 
  4. Apply tomato ketchup and spread it on the tortilla.
  5. Put stuffing in the center.
  6. Wrap it (Fold it from all sides) and Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney.
