Ingredients:
- Stuffing Style 1:
- Indian cheese (Paneer): 80 gms (chopped)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Onion:1 (chopped)
- Tomato :2 (chopped or pureed)
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Stuffing Style 2:
- Indian cheese (Paneer): 80 gms (chopped)
- Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
- Onion:1 (chopped)
- Courgette: 1 (chopped)
- Spinach leaves: a handful (washed)
- Boiled chick peas: 1 cup
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Tortillas : as neeeded (6-8 )
- Butter
- Tomato Ketchup
Method:
- For Stuffing:
- Style 1:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onion. Cook till translucent.
- Add tomatoes. Cook till done.
- Add peas, paneer, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd.
- Cook till done (~ 10 mins).
- Style 2:
- Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onion. Cook till translucent.
- Add capsicum. Cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add courgette, spinach leaves, paneer, chick peas, salt, turmeric pwd and red chilli pwd.
- Cover and Cook till vegetables are tender.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
- Take a tortilla. Heat both the sides either on non-stick pan or in microwave.
- Apply butter on one side.
- Apply tomato ketchup and spread it on the tortilla.
- Put stuffing in the center.
- Wrap it (Fold it from all sides) and Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney.
