Ingredients:
- Rava/ Semolina : 1 cup
- Onion: 2(chopped)
- Green chilli: 1 (chopped)
- Tomato:1 (chopped)
- Green peas: 1/2 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Mustard seeds: 1-2 tsp
- Oil/ butter: 5-6 tbsp
(You can add any vegetable you want)
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add oil/ butter(5 tbsp). Add Semolina. Cook it on low flame till it turns light brown.
- Turn off the gas.
- Again heat oil/ butter (1-2 tbsp) in another pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onion. Cook till translucent.
- Add tomato, green chilli, salt and peas. Cook for few mins till done.
- Add semolina to the above vegetables and mix well.
- Cook on low flame for 2 mins and turn off gas.
- Serve hot. You can sprinkle few roasted peanuts on it before serving.
