- Turnip: 1-2 (Peeled, washed and chopped)
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1-2 tbsp
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
- Coriander pwd: 1 tsp
- Fennel pwd: 1 tsp
- Dry Mango pwd/ Amchur: 1/2- 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add all the above ingredients and cook till done.
- Ready to serve with chapati, nan, parantha and curd.
