Turnip with a touch of Indian spices



Ingredients:
  • Turnip: 1-2 (Peeled, washed and chopped)
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 1-2 tbsp
  • Red chilli pwd: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric pwd: 1 tsp
  • Coriander pwd: 1 tsp
  • Fennel pwd: 1 tsp
  • Dry Mango pwd/ Amchur: 1/2- 1 tsp
Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add all the above ingredients and cook till done. 
  3. Ready to serve with chapati, nan, parantha and curd.
