Instant Chilli Pickle


Ingredients:

  • Chillies (Moti mirch): 5-6 (chopped)
  • Fennel pwd: 1tbsp
  • Coriander pwd: 1 tbsp
  • Mango pwd (Amchur): 1-2 tsp
  • Turmeric Pwd: 1tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan. Add all the above ingredients except chillies.
  2. Cook them for 2 mins. 
  3. Add chillies now.and cook for another 5 mins.
  4. Ready to serve.
