It is traditionally prepared on Karvachauth, eaten as part of Sargi by married women in the morning before the Karvachauth fast begins. This is typical practice in northern part of India especially Punjab.
Ingredients:
- Feniyan: 1/2 cup
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar: 2-3 tbsp
- Any chopped Dry fuit
Method:
- Heat milk in pan. Add sugar.
- Add feniyan .Take a boil.
- Sprinkle chopped dry fruit.
- Ready to serve hot or cold.
