Instant Mooli Pickle




Ingredients:
  • Mooli/ raddish : 1 (grated)
  • Salt : to taste
  • Lemon juice: 1/2-1 tsp
  • Red chilli pwd: to taste
  • Turmeric pwd: a pinch
Method:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients.
  2. Ready to serve with parantha and any vegetable curry or daal.
