Ingredients:
- Noodles: 100 gms
- Capsicum / Green pepper: 1-2 (chopped into thin long strips)
- Spring onions: 3-4 (chopped)
- Cabbage: 1 cup (chopped)
- Tomato: 1 (Chopped or pureed)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Carrot: 1(grated)
- Potato: 1(chopped)(Optional)
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Soya Sauce: to taste (~ 2tbsp)
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Black pepper pwd: 1 tsp
- Oil: 3-4 tbsp
Method:
- Boil noodles with a little salt, oil (1 tbsp) and water(~3 cups) till done.
- Drain the water out in strainer. Keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onion. Cook for few mins. Add carrot, cabbage, potato, capsicum , peas. Cook for 5 mins.
- Add salt , black pepper pwd.
- Add tomato(chopped) (or tomato puree ). Cook till done.
- Add boiled noodles. Mix them properly with cooked vegetables.
- Add soya sauce and vinegar. Cook for 1-2 mins.
- Ready to serve.
