Ingredients:
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 8-10 tbsp
- Whole Meal Flour/ Wheat Flour: 1/2-1 cup
- Oil: 7-8 tbsp
- Add sugar in milk and dissolve it.
- Knead dough with milk. (If needed add little water or milk). Knead well with hands.
- Heat non-stick tawa/ flat pan.
- Take little dough and make small ball. Dust with wheat flour.
- Roll to make chapati on the rolling board. Apply oil in the center and fold it .(you can give any shape like square, triangle or pentagon)
- Again roll to make parantha, dusting with flour to prevent it from sticking to board.
- Put parantha on tawa. Flip when it is slightly cooked (Nearly after a few seconds)
- Flip again after a few seconds (when parantha turns slight brown). Now oil the top of the parantha and flip it again.
- Oil the other side also. Flip it and heat for another seconds till done.
- Ready to serve with any Vegetable curry, daal/ lentil and curd.
