Ingredients:
- Tinda (Indian round Gourd or Apple Gourd or Indian baby Pumpkin): 7-8 (peeled and chopped)
- Onions: 3-4 ( chopped)
- Salt: to taste
- Red chilli pwd: to taste
- Turmeric pwd: to taste
- Oil: 3-4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1-2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onions and saute for few mins. Add haldi, salt and red chilli pwd.
- Add tomatoes and tinda. Cook on low flame till done.
- Turn off the gas.
- Serve with chapati, parantha and curd.
