Spinach Rolls

Ingredients:
  • For Sheet:
    • Maida/ Plain Flour: 1/2 cup
    • Oil: 1 tsp
    • Salt
  • For Stuffing
    • Oil: 1 tbsp
    • Spinach: 1/2 cup
    • Garlic: 1 tsp (chopped)
    • Onion: 1 tbsp (chopped)
    • Red Capsicum: 2 tbsp (chopped)
    • Yellow Capsicum: 2 tbsp (chopped)
    • Green Capsicum: 2 tbsp (chopped)
    • Salt
    • Black Pepper: to taste
    • Mozrella cheese: 2 tbsp (grated)
Method:
  1. For  sheet:
    • Mix all the ingredients for sheet ( plain flour, oil and salt) and make a dough with a little water. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
    • Make a ball of dough and roll it to make big chapati.
    • Cut the edges of chapati with knife to give make it in rectangle shape.
    • Boil water in pan. Put 1/2 tsp of oil in boiling water.
    • Now put sheets in boiling water for 1 and 1/2 min.
    • Drain excess water. Sheet is ready.
    • Make all the sheets in the same way.
  2. For Stuffing
    • Heat a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil in it.
    • Put garlic, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, spincah, salt and blackpepper.
    • Cook for 4-5 mins until all vegetables are done. Turn off the gas.
    • Add mozrella cheese and mix well.
  3. Now, take 1 sheet. put 1 tbsp of stuffing on it and roll it.
  4. Spinach rolls are ready to serve.
